All fully paid subscription plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee.

You can cancel any time within your 30 day period for any of our paid subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied for any technical reason please get in touch, as in most cases we are able to help you sort out any issues.

Yourpropertyfinder.uk accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled by Stripe. To pay by cheqe or wire transfer please contact us.

Payment is automatically charged monthly or annually depending on subscription,  and processed roughly the same time you signed up.

Yes you can. To take advantage of a higher plan, upgrade via the admin screen and you will have access to the additional features.

Monthly rolling subscriptions can be cancelled with a 30 day notice.  Longer term contracts can be cancelled within 30 days. if cancellation is beyond the 30 days there will be an early cancellation fee.  

Increase use of our platform means an increase of cost every year. We believe this yearly price increase we make is fair and let us continue to offer both excellent service to our customers while investing in the overall service we provide.

Cancellation is dependant on your membership package. If your are within your minimum term when the prices go up you can cancel your contract, but there will be a fee for early cancellation. If you are outside your minimum contract period you can cancel your contract at anytime without incurring any cancellation fees. 

Featured properties are a way of promoting individual listings to make them stand out. Paid subscriptions include a number of featured listing slots which can be sold individually to vendors, and renews monthly within your paid subscription membership

Properties promoted as featured have the following characteristics:

• Featured listings are guaranteed to appear at the top of search result pages making it easier to find.
• Featured listings are showcased on various pages of the website including the home page, for sale and to rent pages.
• And finally, featured listings are given a “FEATURED” label in the top left hand corner of the search result page images.

Listing service is only available to estate agents, property developers and property managers. We are not accepting individual listing from home owners. Please contact your estate agent.

Short answer is yes.

However, with an active membership package, properties can be added via the agent dashboard by clicking the Create Listing button and completing the property submission form for each property. The process is quick and simple.

Yourpropertyfinder.uk supports automated imports from most major property software CRM’s using their dedicated API’s and datafeeds. We are able to support many different formats with more being added regularly. Property import is only available on Premium membership plan.
